Ian S. Brundige

Fest in the First, 2024, Miller Beach - Gary, IN

Ian…

is an interdisciplinary artist and storyteller from The Region working across media, identity, and borders. He has always lived in the space between binaries (urban Chicago and rural Indiana, for example). Ian has a background in journalism and museum education completing video and written projects on the lingering impact of COVID-19 and city-wide read initiatives in his hometown of Hammond, In.

Now, Ian works in the arts education non-profit space to create opportunities for students and families to connect with the arts in his role at Books, Brushes & Bands for Education.

At DePauw University, he designed his own independent Critical Media Literacy major completing experimental film and English writing capstone projects.
